Experiment 001 / Constraints6 operating principles

The rules apply before the results

Principles

Constraints prevent a difficult experiment from quietly becoming an easy success story.

01 / Ownership

Own the foundation.

The domain, source and published files must remain portable. Convenience cannot require dependence.

02 / Content

Useful before optimized.

Every page must resolve a real question before it targets a query or format.

03 / Evidence

Proof before advice.

Recommendations identify what supports them, what remains uncertain and what changed.

04 / Distribution

No purchased attention.

Paid promotion is excluded so the experiment can isolate earned discovery and recognition.

05 / Measurement

Publish the denominator.

Numbers include their time window, starting point and limitations. A large number without context is decoration.

06 / Failure

Do not rewrite history.

Failed assumptions remain visible. Corrections are dated. Learning is not a clean retrospective narrative.
