What the site receives
When you use the contact form, Web Done Properly receives your email address, your message and any optional name or website you provide. The hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Why it is used
Contact information is used to understand and respond to the request you chose to send. It is not sold, used for automated profiling or added to a marketing list.
Who processes it
The static website and contact form are hosted by Netlify. Messages may be delivered to the project’s email provider. Those providers process limited data as infrastructure suppliers under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and requests
Messages are retained only while they remain useful for the conversation or necessary for legitimate administrative obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, write to info@webdoneproperly.com.
Cookies and measurement
The current site does not set advertising cookies or run behavioural analytics. If privacy-conscious measurement is introduced, this notice will be updated before the collection begins.
