The polished guides explain what survived. The log records what actually happened—including uncertainty, discarded ideas and mistakes.
Web Done Properly replaces the working title. The permanent .com turns a temporary experiment into an identity broad enough to hold the evidence, the guides and whatever the work becomes next.
The Online Presence Blueprint moved from placeholder to flagship asset: an original model, an operational sequence, declared methodology, primary sources and a revision history.
The visual prototype moved into Astro. Shared components now govern the interface, while structured local content generates the public guides and chronological record.
The content model is the build process: a blueprint for the plan, a log for raw decisions, guides for durable lessons and metrics for the evidence.
No runtime framework, external font, tracker or client-side application is required to make this argument. The first version loads as documents, because that is what it is.
If a company sells broad organic visibility but cannot demonstrate it in its own presence, the missing evidence matters. That tension became the experiment.
Log policy
Entries may receive corrections, but their original claims will not silently change. Important revisions will be dated and explained.
